The ceremony will commence at 1.00pm attendance is optional please be aware Orthodox churches have a strict dress codes and transport from the church will be via taxi.

The Wedding Reception

The reception will be a vibrant celebration of Bulgarian tradition, set in the elegant ballroom of Hotel Marinela in Sofia. The festivities will begin at approximately 3:00 p.m. and continue into the early hours, concluding around 2:00 a.m., giving us a full day and night to celebrate with family and friends. Guests will enjoy two beautifully served meals throughout the event, reflecting the richness of Bulgarian hospitality. The atmosphere will be brought to life by a live Bulgarian orchestra, filling the room with traditional music and energy, before transitioning later in the evening to a DJ who will keep the dance floor alive with a diverse mix of music for everyone to enjoy. It promises to be a joyful, lively, and unforgettable occasion. Gifts are cash at the reception in the traditional Balkan style give whatever you feel comfortable with.
